Swim HK Data is a community-built, non-commercial platform that aggregates publicly available Hong Kong swimming competition results. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Hong Kong General Swimming Association (HKGSA) or any governing body.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use this platform for personal, non-commercial purposes such as looking up competition results, tracking personal bests, and exploring rankings. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from this platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Misrepresent your identity when submitting appeals or feedback

3. Data Accuracy

Competition results are sourced from publicly available records. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the data is complete, current, or error-free. If you believe a result is incorrect, please use the appeals process.

4. User Submissions

When you submit feedback, appeals, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use that information to improve the platform. We may display submitted corrections publicly after review.

5. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account activity (e.g. appeal status updates, claim confirmations). You may also opt in to receive occasional promotional or informational emails about new features, competition updates, or platform news. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email. Transactional emails necessary for the operation of your account cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

This platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
